ILLENIUM

Illenium, the professional name of Nicholas Daniel Miller, is an American musician, DJ, producer and songwriter whose releases have brought melodic bass, future bass, dubstep and pop songwriting into the same frame. Born on December 26, 1990, Miller has issued six studio albums, most recently Odyssey, released in February 2026. His recorded work ranges from solo productions to vocal-driven collaborations and high-profile remixes.

His 2019 album Ascend, released through Astralwerks, marked a major commercial step. It became his first album to top Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart and reached No. 14 on the Billboard 200, his highest placement on that chart. Two singles from that year, “Good Things Fall Apart” with Jon Bellion and “Takeaway” with the Chainsmokers featuring Lennon Stella, each peaked at No. 3 on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. In total, 57 Illenium songs have appeared on that chart.

Miller's fourth studio album, Fallen Embers, arrived in July 2021 and earned him his first Grammy nomination. The album followed earlier full-length releases including Ashes and Awake, while his 2023 self-titled album paired him with collaborators including Avril Lavigne, JVKE, Wooli and Said the Sky. His music has accumulated more than one billion streams across platforms, and Forbes included him in its 2020 30 Under 30 music list.

Alongside his own catalog, Illenium has built a substantial remix résumé. His rework of Flume's “Say It” won Remix of the Year at the inaugural Electronic Music Awards in 2017. He has also remixed the Chainsmokers' “Don't Let Me Down” and Taylor Swift's “Anti-Hero,” applying his production style to songs from both electronic and pop artists.
