Warner Records

Warner Records is a key label under Warner Music Group, managed by Warner Records Inc. The label was introduced on May 28, 2019, marking a rebrand from Warner Bros. Records following the expiration of WMG's license to use the "Warner Bros." name and shield logo, which belonged to WarnerMedia. A brand new logo, crafted by Pentagram, was released at this time. Pentagram also created a new logo for another Warner Music Group subsidiary, Warner Chappell Music, which previously used the Warner Bros. shield logo.
