Yotto

Yotto came to wider attention through a run of original productions and remixes that caught the ear of Anjunadeep label boss James Grant. Born Otto Yliperttula on October 8, 1986, the Helsinki-based Finnish DJ, songwriter and producer works across several strains of house music, alongside other forms of electronic music.

His early profile was built through solo releases and remixes, as well as work issued through Anjunadeep and Joris Voorn's Green Recordings. Billboard called him “a man of many sounds,” while Dancing Astronaut described him as an “experimental house talent.” His work has included collaborations or projects alongside Above & Beyond, Coldplay, M83, London Grammar, Rüfüs, Lane 8 and Super8 & Tab.

In 2018, Yotto released his debut album, Hyperfall, through Anjunadeep. He also releases music through his own label, Odd One Out. Among his collaborators is his younger brother, who appeared under the alias Caps, providing vocals on tracks including “Wondering.”
