Peggy Gou
Peggy Gou, born Kim Min-ji on 3 July 1991, is a South Korean DJ, singer, songwriter, fashion designer and record producer based in Berlin. Working across house, electronic music and techno, she built her recording career through a run of EPs for labels including Ninja Tune and Phonica.
In 2019, Gou launched Gudu Records, her own independent label. The same year she released DJ-Kicks: Peggy Gou, a DJ-Kicks compilation issued by !k7 Records. Alongside music, she has worked as a fashion designer.
Gou released her debut album, I Hear You, on 7 June 2024 through XL Recordings. Her work credits include production, songwriting, mixing and recording engineering.
