German electronic producer Timo Maas is best known for his 2002 album Loud, which climbed to number 41 on the UK charts and featured the hit "To Get Down." This track was used in The Italian Job and served as menu music for FIFA 2003.
His remix work is highly regarded, with collaborations alongside Placebo, Fatboy Slim, and Moby. Timo has also featured notable artists like Kelis and Brian Molko. Although his mixed feelings towards EDM might have limited his financial success, Timo is held in high esteem in the music industry.
