Dosem
Marc Ramirez, known as Dosem, is a Spanish DJ and record producer from Girona, Catalonia, whose work moves between techno and deep house. Born on 28 November 1988, he built an early profile after opening for Hong Kong-based DJ Technasia at an event in Barcelona.
In 2008, Dosem began work with the record label Sino, followed by the singles “Silent Drop” in 2009 and “Bension01” in 2010. His album Parallel arrived in 2011 and was critically acclaimed. Alongside his DJ work, he has performed as a live act and produced remixes, with releases spanning techno, minimal, house, progressive house, melodic house and tech house.
Dosem has cited a studio setup that includes Native Instruments Maschine, Monark, Driver, Guitar Rig and Replika XT, as well as Omnisphere, Spire, the M1, Arturia’s Jupiter-8, FabFilter Pro-L, UAD Massive Passive, Bax EQ, Moog Multimode Filter and Fairchild 660/670 processing.
In September 2020, he released the album Dream Decoder. Much of the record was composed during a visit to Tokyo, and “Tower” was issued as its first single.
