Stress was a leading label of the 1990s, releasing tracks that significantly shaped the mid-1990s progressive house sound. Notable artists included Brothers Love Dubs, Full Intention, Chris & James, Sunday Club, and Last Rhythm. It is most famous for releasing the progressive house anthems "For What You Dream Of..." and "Last Rhythm."
