
Bebe Rexha
Bleta Rexha, known professionally as Bebe Rexha, was born on August 30, 1989, in Brooklyn, New York. With a name meaning "bumblebee," she showcases her Albanian heritage and developed a love for music at the age of 4, which she pursued further at Tottenville High School on Staten Island.
Bebe is famous for her collaborations on popular tracks like "Take Me Home" by Cash Cash, "Hey Mama" by David Guetta, and "Me, Myself and I" by G-Eazy. She was also the lead vocalist for Black Cards, a band formed by Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy.
Her talent extends to producing and writing for other artists, including co-writing the US Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit "The Monster" by Eminem featuring Rihanna.
In 2017, she released two EPs, All Your Fault Pt. 1 & Pt. 2. The song "Meant To Be," part of the second EP, became a significant success on the US Billboard Hot 100 and holds the record for the longest No.1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
"Meant To Be" was also included in her debut album Expectations, released on June 22, 2018, which reached #13 on the Billboard Hot 200.
Her second studio album, Better Mistakes, was released on May 7th, 2021. It offered a more personal touch and featured collaborations with artists like Travis Barker, Lil Uzi Vert, and Doja Cat.
