D4 D4NCE
D4 D4NCE is one of twenty-six labels inside Defected, and one of only three that tour under their own name. It launched in October 2020 with Oli Welch on A&R, aimed at the more commercial end of house without going the whole way into pop.
Its intake has leaned American: LP Giobbi, Dombresky, Todd Edwards and John Summit have all come through it. That wasn't incidental. In 2022 the label signed a multi-single deal with Insomniac Records in Los Angeles, opening with a J Worra record that October.
