Whitearmor is the professional name of Ludwig Tomas Walther Rosenberg, the Swedish producer, multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer and songwriter behind the 2022 instrumental album In the Abyss: Music for Weddings. Born in Stockholm on 25 May 1993, Rosenberg has worked across ambient, new age, rap and cloud rap, developing softly textured, fluid productions that move between electronic atmosphere and rap-focused songwriting.

He is best known as a member of Drain Gang, the Swedish music group and artist collective that includes Bladee, Ecco2k and Thaiboy Digital. Whitearmor produced much of Drain Gang's music and has also made records with Yung Lean, linking his work closely to the wider Sad Boys circle. His earliest publicly available Drain Gang collaboration was Bladee's 2012 single “Oxygen.” He contributed to 10 of the 12 tracks on the group's 2013 debut compilation, GTBSG Compilation.

Before adopting the Whitearmor name in 2012, Rosenberg uploaded music online under aliases including DJ Creep and DJ Cannabiz. He had played drums in an indie-rock band as a teenager before shifting toward electronic and hip-hop production. An early instrumental hip-hop cassette, Rippin Private Bowls, was released through Nymph Tapes in 2011 and later resurfaced online in 2021.

Beyond his work with Drain Gang, Whitearmor has collaborated with Gud, Mechatok, Xavier Wulf, Uli K and the production collective Working on Dying. In 2019, he formed VilloVilduVeta with Joakim Benon of the Swedish band JJ. The duo's first song, “Nästan,” appeared in the Sad Boys and Converse “One Wish” campaign that year. Their debut album, Längtan får vingar, followed in 2021, with Whitearmor co-producing, writing and mixing the record; they later released the single “Nikita.” He also took part in Drain Gang's 2022 tour, which included dates across North America and Europe and a performance at Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
