Snakehips
UK electronic/R&B blend producing duo Snakehips is made up of Oliver Lee and James Carter. They met in 2012 in Hong Kong at a renowned spot, Sake Bar Ginn, while working on separate projects. Their shared musical interests led them to collaborate in a UK studio. They gained fame with their late 2015 and early 2016 release "All My Friends," featuring Tinashe and Chance the Rapper, reaching number 5 on the UK Singles Chart and 34 on the US R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Since then, they've released collaborations with notable artists like Anderson .Paak, Zayn, and Joey Bada$$. Their 2016 track "Don’t Leave" with MØ, known for "Lean On," received widespread attention and over 140 million streams on Spotify.
