Kiiara
Kiiara broke through with “Gold,” a 2015 single that reached number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song introduced the singer-songwriter’s electronic pop approach and remains her best-known solo release.
Born Kiara Therese Saulters on May 24, 1995, she is from Wilmington, Illinois, and records as Kiiara. Her music moves between pop, electropop, alternative R&B, indie textures and glitchy electronic production. She is signed to Atlantic Records.
In 2017, Kiiara contributed vocals to Linkin Park’s single “Heavy,” bringing her voice to one of the band’s late-period collaborations. Alongside her own work, the appearance placed her in a major rock release while retaining the processed, melodic vocal style associated with her early recordings.
