Hudson Mohawke
Raised on a diet of hip-hop, rave, and inexpensive technology, Ross Birchard – also known as Hudson Mohawke – is a producer from Glasgow, perhaps most recognized for his soundtracks and prolific production work for Kanye West. After producing several tracks on West’s notable LP Yeezus, he joined West’s G.O.O.D. Music Publishing company and provided beats for West’s Cruel Summer compilation and The Life of Pablo.
In addition to his collaborations with West and G.O.O.D. Music, Birchard is affiliated with the renowned label Warp and co-founded the Glasgow-based label Lucky Me. He is also a member of the duo TNGHT with fellow producer Lunice. He has collaborated with a wide range of pop and rap artists, including ANOHNI, BANKS, Drake, Noah Cyrus, and Danny L Harle.
