Bedouin

Bedouin is a United States–based music production and DJ partnership made up of Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe. Working as multi-instrumentalists, vocalists, songwriters, and producers, the duo is known for a sound that draws on Middle Eastern heritage alongside Western upbringing and international experience, resulting in music that moves fluidly across electronic styles rather than staying within a single genre.

Malki and Abousabe’s work has been released through a range of prominent dance and electronic imprints, including Crosstown Rebels, All Day I Dream, Circoloco Records, Ultra, and Sony, as well as their own label, Human by Default. Their catalog reflects an approach that combines songwriting and vocal elements with club-oriented production, aligning them with both underground dance circuits and broader electronic audiences.

In addition to their releases, Bedouin have collaborated with figures from across music and adjacent creative worlds. Their listed collaborators include Virgil Abloh, Rony Seikaly, Guy Gerber, Black Coffee, and Guy Laliberté. These partnerships place the duo in conversation with artists spanning DJ culture, electronic production, and multidisciplinary creative direction, while keeping their core identity rooted in a two-person project built around shared production and performance.
