Brief biography (as of January 2020): Drew Lustman, also known as FaltyDL, is from Brooklyn, New York. Since the late 2000s, he has been releasing music on labels like Ninja Tune, Planet-Mu, Rush Hour, and his own label Blueberry Records. He has produced six albums (Love Is A Liability, You Stand Uncertain, Hardcourage, In The Wild, Heaven Is For Quitters, and The Crystal Cowboy). FaltyDL has toured with James Blake, opened for Radiohead, and remixed tracks for artists such as The XX, Seun Kuti, Toro Y Moi, and Disclosure. Recently, he executive produced an upcoming Mykki Blanco album, largely produced by him, featuring contributions from artists like ANOHNI, Kelsey Lu, Jónsi, Saul Williams, MNEK, and Devendra Banhart.
