Planet Mu is the English electronic label created and run by Mike Paradinas, best known as μ-Ziq. It began in 1995 as a Virgin Records imprint for Paradinas's own work and similarly minded artists, before he set it up independently in 1998. The label marked its 30th anniversary in 2025.

Its early releases were rooted in intelligent dance music, reflecting Paradinas's work as μ-Ziq. Planet Mu has also issued his music under aliases including Kid Spatula and Tusken Raiders. From there, the catalogue moved through jungle and breakcore, then into grime and dubstep, with footwork becoming another major part of its output.

That broad electronic focus is reflected in artists including Ital Tek, Rian Treanor, Traxman, DJ Elmoe, Speaker Music, Xylitol, Ship Sket and Nondi_. Planet Mu's history follows several distinct currents in electronic music while remaining closely tied to Paradinas's own restless production work.
