Ashe

Ashe, born Ashlyn Rae Willson in 1993, is an American singer-songwriter from San Jose, California whose 2019 single “Moral of the Story” became her defining early release. The song appeared in the 2020 Netflix film To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You and was produced by Noah Conrad, with additional production by Finneas O'Connell. O'Connell would become a longtime collaborator in her work.

Before her solo career gained wider reach, Ashe co-wrote Demi Lovato’s 2017 single “You Don’t Do It for Me Anymore.” She also worked in the electronic-pop circuit, touring with Louis the Child, Lauv and Whethan. Her collaboration with Shaun Frank, “Let You Get Away,” earned a Juno Award nomination and received gold certification. Alongside songwriting and vocals, she has performed on keyboards.

Her debut studio album, Ashlyn, arrived on May 7, 2021 and reached number 194 on the US Billboard 200. She followed it with Rae in 2022 and Willson in 2024, completing an album sequence built around parts of her full name. Neither later album entered the Billboard 200.

In 2025, Ashe and O'Connell formed the band the Favors. Their debut album, The Dream, was released that September and peaked at number 174 on the Billboard 200. In 2026, Ashe reached a new level of fame with “Stop the Wedding!,” the lead single from her fourth studio album, The Girl of Your Dreams.
