UNDERHER was founded by Khaled Bess in 2017, who had been active in the techno scene since 2009 under the name ‘Kalden Bess’. Now, he is among the most successful Tunisian and Canadian electronic artists in recent years. He has collaborated with artists such as Moby, Booka Shade, U2, Maya Jane Coles, and many others. UNDERHER’s sound, characterized by a blend of sensuality, melancholia, and sorrow, has resonated with diverse audiences. He has supported live acts like SOHN, HVOB, and Haelos. His passion for creating music beyond the dance floor gained recognition when Netflix began featuring his music, leading to over 7 tracks across 6 different TV shows. Khaled Bess is carving out a new path in Hollywood. The year 2020 appears promising for Khaled Bess (aka UNDERHER), with his first release of the year on Solomun’s label ‘2DIY4’, the debut of his first official LP on underheryourskin featuring significant remixes, as well as numerous singles and EPs on distinguished labels and an upcoming worldwide tour.
