Super Flu

Super Flu (also styled Super Flũ or SuperFlu) is a German electronic music duo associated with club-focused house and techno, including deep house, microhouse, minimal tech house, and minimal techno. The project is made up of Mathias Schwarz and Felix Thielemann, who began working together in 2005. Based in Halle (Saale), they are known for DJing, production, and remix work within electronic dance music.

After starting out with releases on established club labels, Super Flu expanded their activities beyond production and performance into label work. In 2009 they founded Monaberry, described as a sublabel of the Bremen-based label Plantage 13. The imprint became a central outlet for their releases and a platform connected to their broader sound, which sits between minimal-leaning house and techno forms. In 2023 the duo launched a second label, Didschn, adding another home for their output.

Across their recorded work, Super Flu have appeared on a range of labels spanning independent dance imprints and larger music companies, including Monaberry and Didschn as well as Realm Records, Nervous Records, and Virgin. Their discography and remixes are commonly filed under German house and related minimal and organic house styles, reflecting a focus on club-ready production and DJ-oriented releases.
