Musumeci
Musumeci is the stage name of Mauro Di Martino, an Italian DJ and producer from Sicily. Active since the late 1980s, he has worked across electronic music as a solo artist and remixer, issuing recordings under his own name as well as the Musumeci alias. He is also associated with the Engrave imprint, which he founded as Engrave Limited.
Di Martino’s work has appeared on a range of labels, including Music For Dreams, Somethingnu, Frau Blau, Buttress, and Engrave. In addition to his own productions, he has contributed remix work within his recorded output. Musumeci should not be confused with the Italian electronic and industrial band of the same name.
