Bar 25 Music
Bar 25 Music is what outlasted the club. Danny Faber and friends started the label in 2006, naming it after the Berlin venue on the Spree that ran from 2003 to 2010 and became known for costume parties and sets that carried on for two days at a stretch.
The club closed, the label didn't. Its catalogue keeps to the loose, playful end of Berlin house and techno that the venue traded in, the same scene that later produced Katermukke by way of the Kater Holzig crowd.
