Anyma
Matteo Milleri, known as Anyma, is an Italian-American electronic music producer, DJ and multidisciplinary artist. He is also one half of Tale of Us and a co-founder of Afterlife Records, work that connects his music with large-scale audiovisual and digital-art projects.
Anyma’s debut EP, Claire, arrived in June 2021. Its release included collaborations and was accompanied by what was described as the world’s first full-size NFT music video. A second EP, Sentient, followed the next month. His first full-length album, Genesys, was released in August 2023, with Genesys II arriving a year later.
Working across melodic techno, melodic house, techno, ambient and trance-informed electronic music, Anyma has collaborated with artists including Grimes, Sevdaliza, Ellie Goulding, CamelPhat, Yeat, Lana Del Rey, Lisa, FKA Twigs, Kenia Os and G.E.M. The project’s releases and performances combine club-focused production with an interest in extended reality, visual design and digital environments.
