Wolfgang Gartner
Wolfgang Gartner is the stage name of Joseph Thomas Youngman, an American DJ and producer born March 17, 1982, in San Luis Obispo, California. Working across electro house, house, electro, dubstep and complextro, he built his early catalog through his own Kindergarten label before signing with Ultra Records in 2010 and Ministry of Sound in the United Kingdom in 2011.
Gartner’s productions have also crossed into hip-hop and pop collaborations. He’s worked with artists including Jim Jones, Cam’ron, E-40, Omarion and will.i.am, bringing his electronic approach into projects beyond the club-focused material released under his own name.
