The Knocks
The highly productive NYC electronic music duo brings a lighthearted dance music style influenced by soul, funk, disco, rap, and pop. Made up of James “JPatt” Patterson and Ben “B-Roc” Ruttner, the duo have been creating an exhilarating range of dance-friendly, New York inspired music since they began by remixing Jay-Z’s entire “American Gangster” album.
They have since released three full-length albums, 55, New York Narcotic, and History, along with several EPs. Additionally, The Knocks have collaborated with some of the biggest names in music [Foster The People, Carly Rae Jepsen, X Ambassadors, Big Boi] and have toured globally with pop icons such as Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, and The 1975. In 2018, the duo performed on Late Night with Stephen Colbert and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
