Robbie Doherty

Robbie Doherty's records reach back to late 90s house, and to the prog and trance sitting next to it, then rebuild that material for rooms and systems that didn't exist then. The Northern Irish producer put early releases out through PIV Records, Knee Deep In Sound and neXup. He now runs AVENU, which opened with 'Flawless' and takes most of his own music.

The touring has outpaced the discography. His first Resident Advisor listing dates from 2017, and the rooms he keeps returning to are fabric and Studio 338 in London, Amnesia and Cova Santa in Ibiza, Ku in Barcelona. He's a regular on the Heavy House Society, PIV and Solid Grooves lineups, and has worked South America, Australasia and North Africa alongside the European circuit.
