Otik

Otik is the project of English producer and DJ Ashley Thomas, whose club-focused work moves between breakbeat, UK bass, techno, dubstep and jungle. His releases have included the Top Ten EP for Keysound, 2019’s Stoned Ghost on Nous, and the Wetlands EP for Intergraded.

Thomas has also released music through labels including 17 Steps, DEXT Recordings, Gobstopper, Mother’s Finest and Boogie Box Records. His track “Dioxide” received a remix from Bruce, while the Blasphemy EP included a remix by Metrist. As a DJ and broadcaster, Otik has contributed mixes to NTS, Rinse FM, Worldwide FM, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, and has hosted a quarterly show on Rinse France.
