Heavy House Society

Heavy House Society is a Canadian label associated with Tyler Mathew Carl Williams, the producer known as T-Minus. Williams built his name in hip hop and R&B through a downtempo, synth-driven style, beginning with an early collaboration with fellow Ontario artist Drake on 2007's “Replacement Girl.” His later work with Drake includes “HYFR,” “The Motto,” “Make Me Proud” featuring Nicki Minaj, and “Blem.”

Williams' production career extends well beyond that partnership, with credits for artists including Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Lil Wayne, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Justin Bieber, J. Cole, Lana Del Rey, Sia and H.E.R. His work has contributed to eight Grammy Award-nominated singles or albums, including an Album of the Year nomination for Kendrick Lamar's Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City. He also received Top Producer at BMI's 2012 R&B/Hip Hop Awards.

Under the Heavy House Society name, the label's artist roster includes house-focused producers and DJs such as Sidney Charles, Hidde van Wee, Danny Snowden, Theo Nasa, Robbie Doherty, Us Two, GIGSTA and Hector Couto. The label connects Williams' producer background to club music, centring records from artists working across contemporary house styles.
