First Request
First Request was a soundsystem before it was a label. Upgrade and the people around him built the rig by hand, six scoops with G-Subs for the mids, and took the name from his Serial Killaz EP. The label side launched in August, on his birthday.
The records are jump-up drum and bass, starting with Upgrade's own 'Sprayed'. Scudd, who scouts talent for it, has the most releases in the catalogue, with L3MMY DUBZ, Clarkey and Gravit-E also on it.
