Chloe Elizabeth Bailey, born on July 1, 1998, and commonly known as Chlöe, is recognized as a singer, songwriter, producer, and actress, most famous as one half of the R&B sister duo Chloe x Halle.

Hailing from Atlanta, Chlöe spent her formative years in Mableton, Georgia, where she first ventured into acting. At the age of five, she debuted on screen in the 2003 film *The Fighting Temptations*, portraying the younger version of Beyoncé’s character, Lilly. This role led to other early appearances in movies like *Last Holiday* (2006), *Meet The Browns* (2008), and *Gospel Hill* (2008). Her father taught her songwriting when she was ten, and after relocating to Los Angeles in 2012, her performance abilities began to soar.

As a solo artist, Chlöe made her entrance in 2021 with a cover of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” for the Juneteenth compilation *Liberated / Music For the Movement Vol. 3*. Her first official single “Have Mercy” came out three months later on September 10th, followed by more singles and collaborations with other artists. Her eagerly-awaited debut album, *In Pieces*, was released on March 31, 2023, featuring the singles “Pray It Away,” “How Does It Feel,” “Body Do,” the title track, and “Cheatback.”
