PIV Records

PIV is a record label and event organizer established in 2015. As a platform for talented producers with an affinity for the classic US house era, the label aims to build on the foundation of original electronic music from cities like New York and Chicago in the 80s and 90s. The founders incorporate their Dutch/Indonesian heritage as a cultural element to create a unique, blended output, notably reflected in the label's artworks and merchandise. Extending this philosophy to its events, the label endeavors to maintain an inclusive atmosphere, embodying the brand's meaning: People Invited and VIP spelled backwards.
