Yør Kultura

Yør Kultura is a collaborative electronic music project formed by Danny Odenkirchen, Kris Van Aalst, and Raymon Den Hartogh. Working as a trio, they make club-oriented tracks that draw on tribal house, downtempo, and organic house, with an emphasis on rhythm and percussion.

The project’s sound is rooted in dance music but leans toward textural, globally inflected grooves rather than straightforward peak-time structures. Their productions are shaped by layered polyrhythms and a focus on atmosphere, aligning them with the slower, more organic end of contemporary house and downtempo.

Yør Kultura has released music through the label Permanent Vacation, placing the project within a catalog known for forward-leaning electronic music that often bridges club formats and more melodic, left-field approaches. The trio’s work under the Yør Kultura name presents a unified identity rather than individual solo billing, with the three members sharing authorship of the project’s direction and output.
