X-COAST is the alias of Serbian-born, Brooklyn-based musician Bojan Čizmić. His debut release, 9091842, took its name from the EP’s most successful track and drew on the nostalgic sounds of 1990s rave culture.
Čizmić’s productions move between house, techno, hard house, ghettotech and lo-fi house, often folding several dance-music references into a single track. He has released music through labels including Unknown To The Unknown, Riviera Records, TILT, Mad Decent and Rinse.
