Wilkinson reached the UK Top 10 in 2013 with “Afterglow,” a drum and bass single featuring Becky Hill. The track reached number eight on the UK Singles Chart on 20 October 2013, giving the London producer his best-documented mainstream chart result. His debut album, Lazers Not Included, followed on 28 October that year.
Born Mark Daniel George Wilkinson on 18 April 1989, he is an English record producer, DJ and remixer from Hammersmith, London. Working under his surname, Wilkinson has built his catalogue around drum and bass, with releases also associated with liquid funk, neurofunk, dancefloor drum and bass, UK dance and electronic music.
Wilkinson's releases have appeared through RAM Records and Hospital Records, two labels closely associated with drum and bass, as well as Virgin EMI. His work has also been released through Columbia, Sleepless Music and Steel City Dance Discs. Alongside his own productions, he has worked as a remixer, extending his role beyond solo releases while remaining identified with the UK drum and bass circuit.
