Space Motion

Space Motion is the stage name of Atila Tot, a Serbian DJ and producer associated with melodic techno and adjacent styles including melodic house, progressive house, and afro-influenced club music such as afro house and afro tech. Working under the Space Motion name, Tot has released music across a range of electronic subgenres that sit between driving techno rhythms and more melodic, progressive structures, often aligning with contemporary festival and club programming.

Tot is from Novi Sad, Serbia. Alongside his work as a producer and DJ, he has also been involved in label activity. In 2018, he founded Space Motion Records, a label tied to his artist project and used as an outlet for releases connected to his sound and broader musical direction.

Space Motion’s recorded output has appeared on multiple electronic labels, reflecting the project’s placement within the melodic and progressive end of modern dance music. Releases have been issued through imprints such as Realm Records, EXIT Soundscape, Spinnin’ Deep, and ICONYC, in addition to Space Motion Records. Across these outlets, the Space Motion name is linked with club-focused tracks spanning melodic techno, progressive house, and related hybrid forms, including tribal-leaning and afro-influenced material.
