Soichi Terada, an accomplished Japanese electronic music composer, was born on March 19, 1965. He is well-known for his work on the video game series ‘Ape Escape’. Soichi embarked on his musical career in 1989 when he started music production and remixed tracks for the renowned singer Nami Shimada.

In collaboration with producer Shinichiro Yokota, Soichi founded ‘Far East Recording’ in 1990, leading to the release of many albums and singles. However, in 1999, just after the release of ‘Sumo Jungle’, he was given the chance to demonstrate his composing talents for the 'Ape Escape’ video game. His ability to craft engaging tunes enhanced the gaming experience for numerous players worldwide.
