Currently located in Chicago and previously in New Orleans, Shallou is a mix of soulful vocals, ambient textures and dance rhythms that carves a niche in the electronic and indie scenes. Shallou has been noticed by the likes of the Fader, Complex, Spin, Indie Shuffle and Hype Machine. Shallou’s 2016 singles “Heights” and “Doubt” received heavy rotation on Sirius XM Chill, and the latter has racked up 9 million plays to date. In the span of two years, Shallou has toured with Petit Biscuit, Roosevelt, El Ten Eleven and more.
