Panda Bear is the stage name of Noah Lennox, one of the founding members of the dynamic American band Animal Collective. Lennox launched his first, self-titled Panda Bear album in 1998, even before Animal Collective was officially established, but it wasn't until the 2007 release of Person Pitch that his solo persona truly received widespread recognition.
