Modeselektor
Modeselektor is the Berlin electronic duo of Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary, founded in 1996. Working across IDM, glitch, electro house and hip-hop-informed electronic music, the pair have also released music under names including MDSLKTR and Fundamental Knowledge.
The duo have collaborated with Thom Yorke, Otto von Schirach, Siriusmo, Paul St. Hilaire, TTC, Puppetmastaz and Maxïmo Park. Bronsert and Szary have also worked extensively with German musician Apparat as Moderat, a separate collaborative project that has produced several albums. Modeselektor's releases have been associated with labels including Monkeytown Records, !K7 Records and Figure.
