Matroda
Matroda is the stage name of Croatian-born, Los Angeles-based producer and DJ Matija Rodić. Working across house, bass house, tech house and g-house, he began making house beats in the early 2010s. Early releases included “Some Strange Voices” and “Hypnotose,” followed by the EP I Am Matroda.
In 2020, he founded Terminal Underground as a label and platform for new music. Alongside his own releases, the imprint has issued work by artists including San Pacho, Truth x Lies and Dave Summit. Matroda has also released music through Insomniac Records and Spinnin’ Deep. In 2021 and 2022, 1001Tracklists ranked him among its producers by DJ support.
