King Krule
Archy Marshall from London (born on August 24, 1994) has been experimenting with music equipment and crafting his unique sound since childhood. Despite initially mixing and recording his songs on his laptop just for enjoyment, he quickly amassed an online following. In 2011, he released an EP under his new stage name, King Krule (formerly known as Zoo Kid), and his distinctive sound gained attention in the indie music scene.
Previously using stage names DJ JD Sports and Edgar the Beatmaker, he chose the name King Krule because it evokes an image of "aristocracy at the very bottom."
