Kiana Ledé
Kiana Ledé Brown is an American singer and actress whose 2018 single “Ex” was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Born April 3, 1997, in Phoenix, she works across R&B, pop, soul, and hip-hop-influenced music.
Before her recording career took shape, Brown built an acting profile on television. She played Zoe Vaughn in the second season of MTV’s horror series Scream, which ran from 2015 to 2019, and later portrayed Veronica Washington in Netflix’s original series All About the Washingtons.
Brown began releasing music in 2012 and issued two EPs before signing with Republic Records. Her third EP, Selfless, arrived in 2018 and produced “Ex,” her platinum-certified breakthrough. She followed it with her debut studio album, Kiki, in 2020. The album reached number 30 on the Billboard 200.
