Jerome Sydenham
Jerome Sydenham is an American DJ, producer and label owner originally from Ibadan, Nigeria. He founded Ibadan Records in 1995, later launching Kraftmatic Records in 2018 and Royal Babylon in 2021. His work spans house, deep house, techno and minimal music.
Sydenham has also worked in A&R, including roles at Atlantic and EastWest under Merlin Bobb, and managed Pallas Records. He relocated to Berlin in the 2000s. Beyond recording and DJ work, he owns Bodija Music Publishing through BMG and Bodija Music with ASCAP, and has worked in art and fashion curation.
