Groove Armada

Groove Armada are an English electronic music duo composed of Andy Cato and Tom Findlay. They are known for a run of charting singles that includes “At the River,” “I See You Baby,” and “Superstylin’,” which helped bring their blend of big beat, electronica, nu skool breaks, and trip hop to a wide audience.

Working as a two-person project, Cato and Findlay have released nine studio albums. Four of those albums have charted in the UK Albums Chart top 50, reflecting sustained commercial visibility alongside their singles success. Their catalog is often grouped with late-1990s and 2000s British dance music, but it also draws on downtempo and breakbeat traditions, a range that is reflected in the variety of genres commonly associated with the duo.

Groove Armada have also been credited under a number of alternate names, including abbreviations such as G.A. and GA, and various stylized spellings. These aliases appear in different contexts across their recorded output and credits, but the core act remains the partnership between Cato and Findlay.
