FKJ

Vincent Fenton, known professionally as French Kiwi Juice or FKJ, is a French multi-instrumentalist, singer, and musician from Tours, France. He is widely associated with solo live performances built around live looping, using Ableton Live to layer parts in real time while moving between instruments and vocals. This performance approach has become a central part of how FKJ presents his music, foregrounding his ability to arrange, play, and build full compositions onstage without a backing band.

FKJ’s work is often discussed in relation to styles such as filter house and indie soul. Rather than operating only as a DJ or studio producer, he is regularly described as a musician and singer, with an emphasis on playing and constructing songs live. His performances typically involve recording short phrases and rhythms into loops, then stacking them into evolving arrangements, a method that highlights both improvisation and careful control of texture and timing.

His self-titled debut album, French Kiwi Juice, was released on 3 March 2017. The record marked a formal album-length statement under the FKJ name, following the live-focused identity for which he is known. While FKJ is often referenced by the abbreviation of his stage name, he also performs and releases music under the full moniker French Kiwi Juice, both referring to the same artist.
