Five Finger Death Punch, commonly known as Death Punch and abbreviated as 5FDP or FFDP, is a heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States.

Formed in 2005, the band's name is inspired by a fictional martial arts move in the 2003 film Kill Bill. The original lineup included vocalist Ivan Moody, guitarist Zoltan Bathory, guitarist Caleb Andrew Bingham, bassist Matt Snell, and drummer Jeremy Spencer. Bingham was replaced by guitarist Darrell Roberts in 2006, who was subsequently replaced by Jason Hook in 2009. Bassist Matt Snell left the band in 2010, with Chris Kael taking his place in 2011. Drummer Jeremy Spencer was succeeded by Charlie Engen in 2018 due to ongoing back issues. In February 2020, during the European segment of their world tour, Jason Hook left the band for medical reasons and was swiftly replaced by Andy James, who became a permanent member in October 2020.

They are recognized as one of the most successful groove metal bands, noted for their raw aesthetic sounds.
