Dirty Doering
Dirty Doering is the stage name of Velten Doering, a German DJ and producer associated with deep euro house, minimal techno, and organic electronic music. Born in 1978 in Leipzig, he is based in Berlin and has also been credited under variations of his name including Velten Döring, Dirty Döring, and Velten D.
Doering is closely linked to Katermukke, the label he founded in 2011. His work as Dirty Doering has appeared on Katermukke and its related imprint Mukke, reflecting a trajectory tied to Berlin’s club-oriented electronic scene and the label ecosystem he helped build. In addition to his production and DJ work, he has also been credited in a presenter role.
Alongside his label activity, Doering has been involved in event and party concepts. He co-founded All You Can Beat in 2006, a project that sits alongside his later Katermukke work and points to a broader role in organizing and curating electronic music platforms in Germany.
