Comeback Kid is a Canadian hardcore punk band hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Their name was inspired by a newspaper headline about hockey player Mario Lemieux's return to the NHL. The band was established in 2000 by Andrew Neufeld and Jeremy Hiebert, who were both part of the band Figure Four, which is presently on hiatus.
