Bon Jovi is a rock band from Sayreville, New Jersey, in the United States. Established in 1983, the lineup includes lead vocalist and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, lead guitarist Phil X, and drummer Tico Torres.
They rank among the best-selling bands globally, with over 130 million records sold and more than 2700 performances across 50 countries, drawing over 34 million fans.
In 2006, Bon Jovi entered the UK Music Hall of Fame. They received the Award of Merit at the American Music Awards in 2004, while Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame as songwriters and collaborators in 2009.
In 2018, the band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
